The longer you stay on the wrong train, the more expensive it is to get home. It’s not really about the train. It’s about how much of yourself you lose while trying to stay somewhere you were never meant to be. Every minute you sit in the wrong place, with the wrong people, or in the wrong relationship, you move further away from where you’re meant to be.

You keep hoping things will change, that the path will somehow lead you to the right destination, but it won’t. Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is get up, step off, and walk away, even if you feel lost for a while.

📌Because being lost for a moment is better than being stuck forever. You deserve to go somewhere that feels like home.

After some much needed time off, ECC Therapy is now back open and has space for new referrals. I am also accepting both Adults and Young People who feel they would benefit from some 1:1 Therapeutic Support.
