Home Instead Care Professionals are our most important resource, caring and dependable people who will go that extra mile. We have a strict recruitment process which includes enhanced DBS checks and reference checks. Many of our Care Professionals have already had experience of personal care, home help or companionship when they join our team and we build on this with full training and supervision. We are actively engaged with agencies in the Southend-On-Sea area on a daily basis to improve home care services locally, especially for those clients with Alzheimer's and dementia .
