We are passionate about changing the way home care is delivered to elderly people by focusing on high quality person centred care. Our aim is to support our clients to stay in their own homes for longer and maintain their independence and dignity. We provide a caring, responsive and reliable service in the Southend-On Sea and surrounding areas. Poor experiences with family members are our motivation for ensuring our services reflect our own high expectations of how home care should be. Our objective is to create a unique care plan which is individual to each of our clients, which is flexible and routinely monitored to stimulate and improve their quality of life. Home Instead Care Professionals are our most important resource, caring and dependable people who will go that extra mile. We have a strict recruitment process which includes enhanced DBS checks and reference checks. Many of our Care Professionals have already had experience of personal care, home help or companionship when they join our team and we build on this with full training and supervision. We are actively engaged with agencies in the Southend-On-Sea area on a daily basis to improve home care services locally, especially for those clients with Alzheimer's and dementia .
