• Mondays from 7.15pm for a grounding vinyasa flow at Thames Estuary Yacht Club (book with me for £7)
• Wednesdays from 7pm for a heated vinyasa flow at Hot Pod Southend (book through HPY Southend)
•Fridays from 7.45am for an energising vinyasa flow at Thames Estuary Yacht Club (book with me for £7)

Join and me this September for a fun, relaxed and joyful session - Flowers & Flow.

We'll start with a gentle, inclusive yoga session; and follow up with a flower arranging workshop in which the incredibly talented Lianne will teach you hot to make your own hand tied bouquet (which you get to keep!)
