It is with a heavy heart that I write this post. We lost one of our amazing service users last week to cancer. She was an amazing woman who did not deserve the hand she was dealt but she was still causing trouble till the final moment. Shine bright beautiful lady you will be truly missed. I would just like to take this moment to thank all of the staff that have care for her ensuring she has had the most amazing life and another thank you to the ladies who supported her right up to the end no matter how hard it got. You are all truly amazing and I thank you all.

We’re seeking an passionate and caring individual to join our family here in Southend. The role will consist of supporting branch manager and working alongside our current care coordinator to provide support out on the floor to our amazing team of support workers and also ensuring continuity of care for our service users. Also maintaining the company's policies and procedures and ensuring they are being followed. The role will also consist of ensuring the rota is maintained and fair.

Main role will be based in Westcliff on Sea where our office is situated but we support clients in the surrounding areas such as Canvey Island, Rayleigh, Rochford, Leigh on Sea, Shoeburyness and Great Wakering and Colchester which you will need to be able to travel too.

Within your role as a Support worker, you will promote dignity, respect, and choice.

There will be a commitment of a weeks oncall which will work out one week in three.
