Our own experience of home care provision in the past has shown the quality of staff training to be highly inconsistent. Indeed, we established Doris Jones in part because we saw the need for greater quality, reliability and consistency in care provision. To that end, we invest significantly in the induction, ongoing training and continual observation of all our care assistants.
