Michelle of MB Sports Therapy is a Chartered Sports Therapist holding a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy Health and Fitness in (2009) and MSc Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (2015) from the University of Kent. MB Sports Therapy has two clinics one at Rush Fitness Southend, and one in Benfleet and can offer home visits at an extra charge within the area of South East Essex. Michelle has 7 years experience of working with a broad range of clients from fitness professionals to individuals with general aches and pains, and can offer injury assessment, diagnosis and treatment with a follow up plan if required within an hour sessions. Services offer include........

-Deep Tissue/Sports Massage/Remedial Massage to help relieve stress and tension

-Acupuncture

-Trigger Point Therapy

We made it 🎅🏻…..what a week it’s been. Dealing with a child for the past week with the flu has not been easy in the build up to Christmas but hopefully all on the mend 🤞🏼🙏🏼 our plans have had to change but that’s ok, we can make the best of our time together.

Within my job I don’t just provide sports massage!! With the knowledge I gained from my degrees I can also diagnose, treat and rehabilitate sports injuries. This means that I send over regular stretching and strengthening exercises to help clients build strength and reduce the chances of an injury returning. Why suffer when you can get an injury sorted.
