In this state of perpetual disconnection, we lose touch with our authentic selves and neglect our deepest desires and aspirations. Our dreams become distant and unattainable, as we fail to fully engage with the opportunities and experiences that life presents us. Consequently, life passes by unnoticed, leaving us with a sense of emptiness and regret for not appreciating the richness and beauty that surrounds us every day. If we give our past the power to control us, it can have a detrimental effect on our present and future. it can rob us of joy, love, happiness, and enthusiasm that make life worth living. It is important to break free from its chains and embrace the present moment. When our past experiences have been deeply distressing, it is common for us to repeatedly revisit those traumas in our thoughts. Our subconscious mind cannot distinguish between a memory and a current event, leading to the re-experiencing of past traumas. When we experience the recurrence of a traumatic event in our thoughts, our body reacts as if it is occurring in the present moment, activating the fight, flight, freeze, and fawn response. At Dimensions to Healing, our mission is to guide individuals in confronting their past traumas and unlocking their innate healing abilities and full potential. By doing so, we empower them to find solace in their past, leading to personal transformation and the capacity to progress toward a more balanced and gratifying future.

✨ Trust the wisdom that lives inside you — your inner compass never lies. ✨
Over the years as a shamanic practitioner and sensitive soul,
I’ve learned the hard way what happens when I ignore my gut and my intuition.
I used to override that quiet knowing by:
Being polite instead of honest
Ignoring the knot in my stomach
Saying “yes” when every part of me was whispering “no”
Now I understand:
my gut instinct is my body’s messenger,
and my intuition is my Spirit’s messenger.
Together, they are my inner compass 🧭 — always guiding and protecting me.
I feel it when there’s discordant energy in a space and something just feels “off”.
I feel it when I know something is going to happen before it unfolds.
I feel it as a quiet pull towards what feels right — even when it doesn’t make sense on paper.
🔸 Let your gut instinct ground you, and your intuition guide you.
Together they are the compass of your soul. 🧭🔸
Today, I’m choosing to listen more deeply to my own inner compass —
and I invite you to do the same, in the way that feels right for you.
To trust your gut.
To honour your intuition.
To choose what feels aligned in your body and spirit,
even if others don’t understand.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly and ask:
“Is this aligned for me?”

🎄On Saturday 6th December we will be holding our Christmas fair in the church hall between 1-5pm. There will be lots of stalls. Healing will be available and 1-2-1 medium readings. Refreshments, mince pies, hot sausage rolls, and cakes will be available to purchase.
Mediums available on the day are;
Anne Clarke, Ann Munt, Loretta Piatto-Hill, Candice Benson, Carrie Blackery & Ryan Saunders.
Readings are £15 for 30 minutes. You can book on the day or If you would like to pre book please contact Gloria on 07947135176.
We have various stalls including; crystals, jewellery, Christmas gifts, bespoke items plus lots more! Perfect for all your Christmas gifts.
