In just 3 days, The AddiXion ConneXion will be out in the world, and I can’t wait to share it with you all!

This book tells the story of how Dawn overcame a 25-year battle with alcohol addiction. It’s been a long, heart-wrenching journey—full of struggles, setbacks, and triumphs—but also one that is deeply powerful and hopeful.

Dawn has chosen April 11th for the launch as it marks the 11th anniversary of the day she went into detox for the very last time.

I have been working with Dawn for the past two years and the 18 months she has spent writing this book have been full of blood, sweat, and tears—literally.

It's only when we stop hiding our 'flaws' and bits we don't like, by honouring them and shining a light on them that we can then change. Change the bits we want to work on and enhance the bits we like. Don't be afraid to be authentically you in all your glory and then be fearless in changing the bits you want to. For you, nobodyelse! 💜❤️‍🔥💜
