Thank you to everyone who joined the shamanic drumming session last night at NW Crystals, Clitherloe. A truly exceptional place to practice.

It really was a great session, lovely people and so much energy there.

If you’d like to join us, are sessions are friendly, fun and exciting, everyone get their own drum to use and it’s great for everybody regardless of experience, even those without any rythmn 🤣

Our meetings are the first Thursday and the third Friday of each month at 7pm

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our powerful shamanic drumming and journeying experience. It was truly an incredible evening.

We were blessed to host this event at the beautiful North West Crystals Healing Rooms, which is a serene and safe venue that rests upon a ley line - infusing the space with an amazing energy that supports deep healing and spiritual exploration.

Our participants had the opportunity to deeply connect with the healing energies of the space and explore their emotions in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.

New beginnings

Many of us have experienced a strange few weeks during the mercury retrograde. Delays, miscommunications, unforeseen problems, a time to review our thoughts and feelings. The good news is this period has now passed allowing to move on using the lessons we have learned.

Our shamanic drumming and meditation sessions will help us stay grounded, centred and focused on our self compassion and self care.

If you haven’t tried our monthly sessions before you’ll find them fun and enciting. Everyone had their own drum to use and even if you can’t keep rhythm you’ll be absolutely fine. We do drum pulse therapy, breathwork and a led shamanic journey meditation. They’re ideal for beginners or experienced drummers.
