We have a new page for Southport Man Cave - Southport this is for anyone who wants to stay updated with any information for the group chats in Southport that we hold.

We want to take the time as well to thank everyone for there continues support with Man Cave and helping us removing the stigma that surrounds men’s mental health, we couldn’t do it without everyone 👊🏻🧠💚

We are so excited to announce the new member of the member of the Man Cave team Cori!!

he started his journey of with us in one of the first groups chats we did in Southport and has got himself to a place in his life where he now feels now he’s ready to help others that are in a similar place to he was.

He will be with us at The Southport Tavern helping with the group chat tonight from 7pm
