🐴 Tiny Treasures Hearts and Hooves 🐐

We’re beginning the search for somewhere special to call our own 🌿

Tiny Treasures Hearts and Hooves is a growing family run venture based in Scarisbrick, centred around our love for animals, wellbeing, education, and creating meaningful experiences through animal interaction and care. Our animal family currently includes horses, mini ponies, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, and guinea pigs, and we’re hoping to continue growing what we do over the coming years.

We’re ideally looking for around 5 acres + or a smallholding in or around Scarisbrick and surrounding areas, (Churchtown, Banks,Mawdesely, Ormskirk, Tarleton,Lydiate) We’re not in a major rush to move, but we are actively searching for the right place where we can put down roots, expand the business, and create a forever home for both our family and animals.

We currently have a great relationship with the people who own the land we use now, and we’re very grateful for their support. However, we know that long term we need to find a place of our own ideally a long term let with the possibility to buy in the future.

We’d be open to hearing about:• Smallholdings• Equestrian properties• Land with stables/outbuildings• Private rentals, lease opportunities, or potential sales

We understand how important it is for landowners to find the right people, and we’re happy to provide references. We’ve previously been long term tenants and have always cared for properties and land as if they were our own.

If anyone knows of anything available, even if it’s not officially on the market yet we’d really appreciate a message. Shares and recommendations mean the world to small businesses like ours 💚

We are looking to collaborate with local wellness practitioners who may be interested in holding occasional sessions here at our peaceful Scarisbrick farm setting alongside our miniature ponies and gentle farm animals 🐴🤍

We would love to hear from people offering:

🌿 Meditation & Mindfulness
🌿 Holistic Wellbeing Sessions

Our peaceful countryside setting could provide a truly unique and calming experience surrounded by nature and animals. We are looking at possible weekly, monthly, or one off collaborations and are open to ideas.
