We’re beyond excited to officially welcome Bert & Ernie, our cheeky new Kunekune pigs, to the Tiny Treasures family! 🐖❤️ These two lovable lads have already been snuffling around, making themselves very much at home (and possibly plotting how to sneak into Foxy & Bear’s snack stash… 👀🍎).

They’re full of personality, already keeping us laughing with their funny little grunts and wiggles. We just know you’re all going to adore them as much as we do! 💕

There’s something really special that happens when we get to see certain children regularly with Foxy and Bear. Each visit isn’t just a one off moment it’s part of a growing story. We get to watch the bond build, the trust deepen and the love shine brighter every time.

Take Oliver, for example. He’s a little boy we’ve had the joy of meeting on several occasions now. From the very first hello, he had that spark of excitement in his eyes and with each visit, it’s only grown stronger. What started as curiosity has turned into real connection he knows Foxy and Bear and they know him.

Seeing Oliver’s face light up the moment he spots them, watching him relax into the comfort of their presence reminds us why these moments matter so much. It’s not just about a visit. It’s about building relationships that bring joy, comfort, and love.

Oliver shows us that these bonds are real and they keep growing every time we return and that’s the kind of magic we’ll never stop cherishing. Connecting hooves to hearts once again ❤️

🌟 Pony Therapy – A Gentle Path Through Grief 🌟

When children experience loss, it can be so difficult for them to find the words to express their feelings. That’s where the quiet, healing presence of our ponies comes in. 🐴💛

Spending time with Foxy, Bear and their friends gives children a safe space to simply be. Stroking their soft coats, leading them gently, or even just standing quietly side by side can help:

✨ Ease anxiety and sadness, ponies bring a calming presence that soothes heavy hearts.
✨ Encourage expression, children often open up more easily while interacting with animals.
✨ Provide comfort and companionship ponies offer unconditional acceptance and a non judgemental friend.
✨ Spark joy and new memories moments of laughter and connection remind children that happiness is still possible.

At Tiny Treasures, we’ve seen how a child’s face can soften from sorrow to a smile as they brush or cuddle a pony. These little moments matter they build hope, trust, and healing. 🌈

This weekend we were proud to support the Southport Summer Soirée a splendid fundraising event held at Meols Hall, Churchtown, in Southport. Organised to raise vital funds for the charity Bebe’s Hive. Coming together as a community to support such a special cause was a powerful reminder of why comfort, care, and kindness matter so much.
