A huge, huge congratulations to Sindy who has not only won our Group’s Greatest Loser competition 🏆 but has also just achieved an incredible ✨ 7 STONE AWARD ✨ 👏👏

We are beyond proud of everything she has achieved in such a short space of time. Her dedication, determination and commitment to her journey have been truly amazing 💪💚.

🎉 What an absolutely FABULOUS taster session we had! 🎉

We had such a brilliant time celebrating the power of Free Food 💚🥔🍝 — enjoying great food, sharing ideas, and inspiring each other along the way! ✨

There was lots of tasty food to try 😋, brilliant recipe inspiration 🍲, and plenty of chats about simple ways to prepare ahead and make slimming that little bit easier 💡🙌. It’s amazing how much we can learn from each other in group!
