SOUTHSEA YOGA CLASSES🧘🏼‍♀️🌊

Join one of my weekly group yoga classes at Coastguard Studio, Southsea

With 5 different to choose from and friendly classes with just 13 people per class, it’s always a gorgeous energy and such a welcoming community feel.

If you’re looking for something a little quieter and more personal, I also offer small group sessions and 1:1 or 2:1 private yoga at ideal if you’re new to yoga or prefer a more intimate space.

You can also catch me teaching Hot Yoga at Hotspot Portsmouth and weekend classes at Ravelin Sports Centre.

There’s truly something for everyone, come and move, breathe and flow with me each week 🤍
