This week at beach yoga we’re exploring DRISTI ~ where attention goes.
This year at the beach we’re following the theme of Presence, leaning into those raw unfiltered moments beach yoga gives us.
Modern life trains the eyes and mind to dart constantly, from screens, notifications, constant comparison we’re always looking for the next thing before we’ve even experienced the current one.
But Drishti (our point of focus) invites us to soften distraction and stay with one thing long enough to truly experience it.
This week we’ll practice steady gaze, grounding attention, and allowing the nervous system to slow down through focus.
