And just because people are going through cancer doesn’t mean they don’t get aches and pains that need attending to as well

If you have more than one thing going on that you need help with, just choose the main issue, the thing that affects your quality of life the most, and book in for that.

When we have a consultation we will go over everything to do with your health and pain so the treatment will be totally personalised to you, it’s not a one size fits all style of therapy.

For instance, most people with headaches also have neck stiffness. Book in for ‘Headaches and/or Jaw Pain 1st Treatment’ and we will work on your neck as well.

Many women with headaches find that medication only treats the symptoms when what they really want is to find the root cause.

For most of my clients this involves finding and treating be areas in the body that are triggering headaches and migraines. So that they can take less medication, fells less brain fog and actually live out their lives with purpose.

Most of my clients who get jaw pain say “I’m not sure if I have TMJ”

TMJ is a collection of symptoms and is usually diagnosed by a dentist.

However, having a diagnosis doesn’t usually change much for the clients that I help with jaw pain.

They tell me things like them going to see a hospital consultant, looking and hopeful for a solution and get told to “rub ibuprofen gel on your face”

One client recently told me she left her hospital appointment in tears as she was told to just take painkillers and carry on.
