Peace of Mind.
A hard place for most people to get to, anxiety, depression, intrusive thought, self sabotage, imposter syndrome. One or many of these play with our minds. And lead to the doctor putting you on pills and labelling you with some disorder.
The main this to realise is, your brain is in dis order. Your thoughts are jumbled, your mind is playing tricks on you, my dear.
Your mind is a garden, your thoughts are seeds, you can grow flowers or you can grow weeds.
(I love weeds, but like the herbal ones people used to say are useless but are actually natures medicine)
Anyway. Before I go off on a tangent.
