I’m excited to announce that I’m launching my Personal Training services at the newly refurbished state of the art Pyramids ‘BH Active Live’ Gym, Starting April 8th ! 💪🏼💪🏼

It’s a great centre with loads of classes and a fully equipped gym.
…I went to have a look around as I was asked if I’d be interested in a self-employed position at the gym and I decided to accept a position.

I’ll be taking a fair amount of my current clients with me, but will be offering free consultations with a free 30 minute session for anyone interested in making a positive change and Personal Training.

I’ve a limited amount of slots left and they will go fast so if you’re interested drop me a line and we can get you booked in for a chat! 💪🏼💪🏼😇

My client Claire has been a pleasure to train and we continue to make great progress with her strength, technical ability and mindset 😇💪🏼

Claire is in a great place right now with her eating habits and relationship with her diet and exercise. This wasn’t always the case though. When we first met, Claire was suffering with Anorexia Nervosa.

She was committed to getting better and sought out some help and advice with regards to her training and diet. Bit by bit we gradually dealt with the emotional barriers Claire had and overcame them. Gaining muscle weight was key to this as seen in the pictures 🦾✊🏻

It’s been an absolute pleasure to train her and help her along the way. Normally I’m trying to get clients to stick to calories or eat less - this is definitely the first time I’ve been telling someone to have more takeaways and binge more, even buying cakes and setting targets per day at one point ! 😱😂

Claire eats really well now and everything is well balanced; it’s really improved her training, health and confidence and the results speak for themselves.
A High calorie diet and still reducing some body fat but gaining a lot of muscle has been great and really motivational 🦾🦾

Everyone has their own struggles and helping with this one in particular has meant a lot to me 🙂 even battling through the lockdowns and freezing weather outside we’ve always got it done 💪🏼😇

We always have laugh along the way and Claire’s effort and commitment to her diet and training is great, we’ve come a really long way and I’m excited to see how far she can go from here

My Client and friend Emma Wierzbicki has achieved a lot this year. During a pandemic she’s kept up with training via Zoom sessions and really focused on her diet, which combined with all her training, and now being back in the gym for a few months, has brought some great results 💪🏼🙂
She’s a great person and I’m really happy she’s got the results she deserves 😇💪🏼🙌🏻

Really nice to see Emma doing so well whilst still having a life at the weekends (drinks, treats ect) life’s for living and she’s doing it well 💪🏼🍑🍹🥂😇

They always work hard and have a good mixture of Personal Training, advised own days and realistic dietary targets. In the past 7 weeks we’ve achieved a lot together 🙂 They’re both Awesome ladies and a pleasure to work with 😇😇

The Coronavirus pandemic doesn’t mean we can’t all keep ourselves in shape ! 💪🏼💪🏼
We just need to adapt to the current situation, and if anything everyone can better themselves with regards to body fat as none of us can eat out anymore ! 🙈

It’s also very important for everyone’s mental health whilst in lockdown and now more than ever we need to look after our respiratory system’s health which this virus attacks 👌🏻

Most of my personal training clients are all still training via Zoom video calls or FaceTime using either equipment they have at home or improvising with things around the house 🍾💪🏼😁

During this difficult time I’ll be making sure all my clients keep in shape and on track both physically and mentally via video workouts with my personal training instructions.

Let’s all stay safe and make the best of this situation !
