Here at Southsea Chiropractic Clinic, we like to keep things simple and we trust you are here because you already know a little about chiropractic and its possible benefits. We are a friendly, family run chiropractic clinic established for many years, conveniently located close to the centre of Southsea. We pride ourselves in doing our utmost to get you back to good health and out of pain as soon as we possibly can. We do not expect you to sign up for dozens of treatments as we don’t expect your course of treatment to last that long. At Southsea Chiropractic Clinic as well as traditional chiropractic methods, we also use a variety of techniques including some very gentle methods that do not require physical manipulation. Are you in pain? Whatever your age, size or profession, your body will do its utmost to keep you fit and operational. Sometimes, however, your body needs a helping hand to enable it to do its job. Whether it is back pain, shoulder pain, knee, elbow or joint pain in general, this pain is the body’s way of letting you know that something is wrong and should not be ignored. Your chiropractor is trained in finding and treating the cause of the pain at source.

A wonderful 5* review for Niels in his first week! Thank you Peter, we very much appreciate your feedback.

With Rebecca leaving us at the end of this week, we are so pleased that our patients will remain in the best possible hands.

After 3 exceptional years with Southsea Chiropractic Clinic, we are very sorry to be saying a goodbye to Rebecca, but for the best possible reason, as she has twins due soon.

Her hands are certainly going to be full and while we'll miss her, she probably won't have time to miss us with two (undoubtedly) beautiful girls to love, fuss and nurture.

Rebecca leaves us at the beginning of September and, of course we wish her all the very, very best and will, for sure, keep in touch.
