New class starts Wednesday 10th January
At the Pole Coven, Unit 18 Enterprise Centre, Portsmouth, PO3 5QT - Wednesdays, weekly 6-7pm.

£15 per class or block of 5 is £60
(if finances are a barrier, please contact me)

Free parking onsite.

All bodies welcome.

I have over 15 years experience teaching yoga & therapeutic yoga and classes will centre q***r and neurodivergent folk.

Any queries about safety of practice, give me a shout - I can ensure the yoga you do is right for you.

After almost 15 years, I have taken the difficult decision to stop teaching yoga, at least for the foreseeable future.

I've had a lot of change in my life over the last few years, and there's more to come. My time & energy is much needed elsewhere right now and I would not be able to offer you the teaching you deserve.

I will always have fond memories of the students I've met, and my love of yoga continues in my own practice. I hope you will all continue to find what you need in yoga & perhaps our paths will cross again.

Thank you to every student, every teacher and every person who ever came to class, shared their knowledge or experience with me or supported me in those myriad small ways that make big things possible.

I'm down with lurgy so the lovely Stephanie is covering 5.45-7.15pm today, but there's no cover for 7.30-9pm tonight. Normal service will resume next week. Thanks for understanding folks ❤ Lucy x

Park time with my littlest & his friend... So I am wrapped up warm and decided to move myself...Not my prettiest practice, but the day to day reality of my practice...It's often a few stolen moments rather than a dedicated time & place & outside is sooooo good... Yoga meets you where you are, where you seek it...New class booking details coming later today...If you want real practice for real bodies, with a little playfulness thrown in, I might just be the teacher for you... Come out to play 😊
