Namaste all you beautiful yogis, i hope you are enjoying the gorgeous Spring season?

Our lives course, like that of a great river, can twist and turn at any time, as yogis we embrace what is, rather than dwell on a fantasy that is not here .
Being in the present moment, being present in the body as a regular habit , is what brings peace , happiness 😊 and Joy.

My news on classes ,
During this pandemic , like many of us, my roots have been shaken and loosened, leaving a less secure feeling .My lifes journey has brought me a new opportunity. I am running my Air B&B, coming back to teaching and a new job, a quick jolt out of semi-retirment !

Before I became a yoga teacher, 13 years ago,
I was a chef, I have now taken a permanent position as a private chef/housekeeper in Soberton

I will continue to teach Yoga, when I can , Monday at Catisfield Hall 7-8.30pm
Friday at Pechals petals yoga hall in Cowplain 10-11.30am
And take the Dorset retreats each year but need time to "be" as well !

I am very sad to let go of the Classes on Thursdays, both morning and evenings but
feel free to be welcomed into any class of mine in the future .

Namaste students, what a beautiful few days of sunshine, the Sun's energy delights our Pranic body , opening our eyes on a sunny day our thoughts our up-lifted , which effect our emotions and actions, giving us hope, inspiring our soul . I love life !
I am filled with gratitude when I think of you all , looking forward to seeing you all soon .
I am very pleased to say the classes both Monday's, Thursdays (Cat hall) & Friday(PP Yoga Hall ) will resume from the 17th May . Please let me know if you are interested in joining the class?
