Join our beautifully tailored beginners Pilates Classes, comprising of a gentle warm up, followed by a series of strengthening, joint mobility and stretching exercises, finishing with a 10 minute relaxation meditation.

Thursday Mornings: 09:30-10:30am Eastney Methodist Church

Thursday Evenings: 18:00 - 19:00pm Eastney Methodist Church Commencing 2nd Oct

If you are attending for the first time, please arrive 5 mins early as there is a form to fill in. Please bring an exercise mat with you.
