Stressed skin isn’t a skin problem. It’s a stress problem.
And during perimenopause, when your hormones are already shifting and your nervous system is working overtime, your skin is often the first place it shows up. Breakouts you can’t explain. Dullness that won’t shift. A feeling that you’ve aged overnight.

It’s not in your head. And it’s not just bad luck.

When we start supporting the body from the inside, calming the nervous system, regulating the stress response, the skin genuinely starts to change. I’ve seen it happen time and time again in clinic.

Two weeks on and I'm still thinking about that Sunday.

A room full of women who didn't know each other. And by the end of the day something had shifted. For all of us I think, myself included.

The messages and emails I received afterwards honestly made my heart so full. Thank you to every woman who showed up for herself. It takes courage to do that and I don't take it lightly. 🤍

PeriMenopause doesn't arrive with a warning. But it should at least come with a guide.

Things have looked a little different behind the scenes lately.

No fixed clinic. No permanent base. Just me, my kit and a whole lot of trust that the right place is coming. And it is. In fact something really exciting is on the horizon for May but more on that soon. 🌿

In the meantime I am still here. Still showing up every week for the women who need support through this season of their lives. Because perimenopause doesn't pause for life admin and neither do I. 😄

I've spent the last couple of days just sitting with Sunday. 🌿

It's taken me a little while to find the words because honestly, the Spring Reset Retreat was more than I could have hoped for. The women who walked through the door, the energy in the room, the moments of stillness and laughter and real honest connection. I'm still smiling thinking about it.

Thank you to every single woman who chose to spend her Sunday with us. Choosing yourself is never a small thing. 🤍

And thank you to the most wonderful and for bringing so much warmth and wisdom to the day. And of course to for holding the most beautiful space.

In just a few days, I’ll be hosting the Spring Reset Retreat at the beautiful Farmhouse Sanctuary.

This day came from something I’ve noticed again and again in clinic.

Women arriving exhausted.
Trying to keep everything going while their body is quietly asking for something different.

Especially during PeriMenopause, when sleep changes, anxiety, brain fog and hormonal shifts can make life feel much heavier than it used to.

This retreat is simply a space to pause.

We’ll explore gentle breathwork, practical acupressure points from The Pocket Guide to PeriMenopause, personalised acupuncture and open conversation.

And later in the afternoon, the spa becomes yours to enjoy.

The retreat is intentionally small, just 14 women, so the space stays calm and supportive.

This retreat has now sold out, which I’m incredibly grateful for 🤍
