Sacred space isn’t about aesthetics or having everything “right”. It’s about creating small moments where your nervous system can soften and your energy can settle.

A sacred space can be a corner of a room, a chair by the window, or a few minutes before the day begins. What matters is the intention you bring to it. When you choose to pause, even briefly, you signal to your body that it’s safe to slow down.

This is something I return to again and again in my own practice and in the spaces I hold for others. Healing doesn’t always happen in big moments. Often it begins in the quiet ones.

Try creating your own sacred space and tell me how it feels for you.

Imbolc is traditionally associated with Brigid, Goddess of the hearth, healing and inspiration. Her energy marks the return of light and the gentle stirring of what has been resting beneath the surface.

Brigid teaches us to nurture what is forming with patience and care, rather than rushing forward. This is a season of quiet devotion, tending the inner flame and trusting the slow unfolding of growth.

This energy is deeply woven into the Solecare Circle, where seasonal rituals, guidance and community support help you stay connected to your healing path.

Explore the Solecare Circle and join when it feels right for you.

The Full Moon rises as we step into Imbolc, the sacred turning point between winter and spring.

This is a time of awakening, renewal and gentle beginnings. The seeds planted in the dark of winter are beginning to stir, not fully visible yet, but full of potential.

Imbolc reminds us that transformation doesn’t arrive loudly. It begins quietly… with warmth, light and intention.

Let this Full Moon illuminate your path forward, softly, intuitively, and in your own time.

Save this post and return to the ritual when you feel called.

Every single journalling journey.
I don’t choose hustle.
I chose intention.

One word.
One symbol.
One crystal.
One affirmation.

Because when the foundations are strong, growth doesn’t need force — it flows.

If you’re feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect, and intentionally shape the next chapter of your life, my 28-Day Journaling Course is designed to guide you there, gently and powerfully.

So many of us were taught to dream small, to stay sensible and within what feels safe. A vision board, when created consciously, becomes a quiet rebellion against limitation. It reconnects you with what you truly want, before fear or self doubt stepped in.

Outrageous dreams are not about forcing outcomes. They gently expand your sense of possibility, open your intuition and invite curiosity back in. This is alignment, not hustle.

When creating your vision board, ask yourself what you would desire if you knew you couldn’t fail. Include feelings, colours and experiences, not just things. Work with crystals like sodalite and citrine if you feel drawn.

Your vision board isn’t here to judge progress, only to remind you of what’s possible.

Save this post and return to it when you’re ready to dream bigger.

Birthdays hold powerful energetic significance. They are a natural pause point, a moment to reflect on the year that has passed and consciously step into the one ahead. In many spiritual traditions, birthdays were honoured as sacred moments, times to recognise growth, wisdom and the lessons gathered along the way.

This weekend, while teaching crystals in circle, we spoke about how important it is to mark these personal thresholds for ourselves, rather than waiting for others to do it for us. The energy in the room was a reminder that celebration can be quiet, intentional and deeply nourishing.

Modern life often turns birthdays into social expectations rather than soulful experiences. But your birthday can be reclaimed as a ritual of self honouring. A candle, a journal, a crystal chosen with intention, or simply a moment of stillness can be enough.

This day is yours. Let it reflect what nourishes you.

There is something about Glastonbury that gently draws you inward. A quiet remembering. A soft invitation to slow down, listen and reconnect.

This one day retreat is an opportunity to step out of the noise of everyday life and into the sacred energy of Avalon. Held within the beautiful Chalice Well Gardens, this gathering is designed to support deep reflection, inner peace and reconnection with your true self.

Together we will move through gentle meditation, sacred circle and reflective practices, allowing space for insight, grounding and restoration. This is not about doing more or becoming something new. It is about remembering who you already are and allowing yourself to be held by the land, the circle and the moment.

If you feel called to work with the energy of Glastonbury and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, supportive way, this day is for you.

Where it all began....

In 2009 I was pregnant with my 2nd child and desperate to not have a repeat experience of NICU and a premature baby; I turned to reflexology to help my pregnancy. My first treatment was life changing, not only did I relax in a way I had never experienced I left the clinic positive and relaxed about my pregnancy. This was a regular treatment for me; money was sparse but as far as I was concerned the benefits helped massively as work was extremely stressful, my boy was only just a year old and I had all the worries and anxieties of the previous early birth. And it worked! Amy was born 5 days late and was healthy!

Fast forward a year or so, work was still highly stressful and my job was looking uncertain. Every time, I visited my Mum and Sister’s clinic; Footprints, I felt calm and had a huge desire to work here. Be my own boss. Surrounded by a positive environment and my supportive family. My Mum planted the idea in my head to become a reflexologist which fit in with the footcare theme of the clinic.....and well, the rest is history.

Two years later I was fully qualified and working in the Clinic and learning more about other therapies. Massage, Hot stones, Reiki.....and eventually Foot Care. It was when my sister had just had her 2nd baby when my Mum was diagnosed with a rare condition that meant she couldn't work any more. Her immune system was slowly killing her and this meant we had to close Footprints. I just wouldn't be able to manage it all with 2 young children all on my own. Devastating.

But through the darkness, comes the light. I was able to work mobile and really enjoyed the flexibility it brought. Old clients started finding out my number and business began to thrive. Life was good and I was learning a lot; but still turning to my Mum when I needed advice or just her experience that I lacked. It was a birthday present that introduced me to crystals - as a child I had loved them but as adulthood took over these beautiful stones were disregarded for exams, careers and plenty of socialising. I didn’t have time to think about me as I was too busy outwardly having fun!
