🏳️‍🌈 The Power of Communities 🏳️‍🌈

This Pride, we honour the fierce, tender, and life-saving connections that LGBTQ+ communities create every day.

In a world where q***r and trans lives are increasingly under attack from rising hate crimes to regressive laws stripping away hard-won rights, community is more than celebration. Our q***rness is not only about resistance and refuge, but also about survival.

Community is where we are witnessed without needing to explain. Where we are mirrored, held, challenged and celebrated. Whether it’s chosen family, kink scenes, q***r elders, trans collectives, or late-night group chats, community is what makes survival possible and joy sustainable.

Solidarity isn’t just a slogan. It’s the hand you hold, the boundary you defend, the love you witness, and the history you carry forward.

We don’t all love the same, live the same, or fight the same, but we show up. That is the power of the LGBTQ+ community: we carry each other when the world refuses to.

✨ This Pride, let’s honour not just visibility, but the radical care and collective strength that keep us going. Happy Pride, London. Now more than ever, thank you for reminding us that we are never alone, and never powerless when we stand together. ✨

🩷 ❤️ 🧡 💛 💚 💙 💜

What Is SAAM—and Why Does It Matter?

Every April, we observe Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM)—a time to uplift survivors, challenge harmful norms, and confront the systemic conditions that allow s*xual violence to persist.

But SAAM isn’t just about awareness. It’s about transformation.

Because we live in a culture where:
🔘 Survivors are still blamed more than believed
🔘 Consent is misunderstood, minimised, or ignored
🔘 Sexual violence is sensationalised when it’s a stranger—and excused when it’s a partner
🔘 Marginalised survivors—Black, trans, disabled, neurodivergent, working-class—are often left out of the conversation entirely

And because many people still don’t realise what s*xual violence actually includes: 👉 It’s not just rape.
👉 It’s also coercion, manipulation, harassment, image-based abuse, and non-consensual touch.

Understanding s*xual violence helps us name it, challenge it, and prevent it.
It helps survivors feel seen—not silenced.
It helps allies show up—not shut down.

So this month (and always), we commit to:
✅ Believing survivors
✅ Practicing consent in everyday life
✅ Breaking the silence that keeps harm in power
✅ Building cultures of safety, care, and respect

🟡 Awareness is a starting point.
🟢 Change is what we build together.

Follow along this month for survivor-affirming education, tools for cultural change, and reflections on healing and prevention.

Autistic? Struggling with emotional or s*xual intimacy? You’re not alone.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day—and it’s time to talk about something often left out of the conversation: how autism affects intimacy.

Many of my neurodivergent clients crave connection, but find themselves freezing, masking, or shutting down when it gets close.

Here’s what no one tells you:
It’s not that you don’t want intimacy.
It’s that you’ve never been shown how to build it in a way that honours your nervous system.

You deserve s*x and love that works with your brain—not against it.

If this post resonates, you’re my people.
Let’s redefine intimacy—together.

Happy International Women’s Day! ✨

Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women everywhere. From breaking barriers to uplifting communities, women continue to shape history, challenge norms, and inspire change.

But this day is more than celebration—it’s a call to action. Gender inequality, pay gaps, reproductive rights, and safety are still pressing issues. Let’s stand together to advocate for a world where all women—across race, class, s*xuality, and ability—are valued, heard, and empowered.

Tag a woman who inspires you and share how you’re honouring.

Relational Stresses at Christmas

During Christmas, people can often face unique relational challenges. The holiday season is meant to bring joy, but it’s often stressful for many. Family dynamics, pressure to meet everyone’s expectations, and navigating time with partners or loved ones can feel overwhelming. You might find yourself walking on eggshells around relatives, balancing family obligations with your partner’s needs, or even feeling lonely despite the festive atmosphere.

Here’s your reminder: It’s okay to prioritise your peace. Set boundaries that honour your emotional well-being, communicate openly with your partner about expectations, and give yourself permission to step away from draining situations. The holidays don’t have to be perfect—they just have to feel right for you.

What’s your biggest relational challenge during the holidays? Drop it in the comments or DM me for tips. I’m here to help you navigate this season with intention and care. 💛

Ever felt embarrassed or judged for your kinky desires? Feeling shame about your kinks? You’re not alone. Let’s unpack what kink shame really is.

Wanna know more? Read below.

If you’re kinky or experiencing s*xual shame you might feel guilt, embarrassment, or distress about your s*xual preferences or fantasies, especially those considered “non-traditional.” This is s*xual shame.

Shame often comes from:

* Societal Stigma: Messages that certain desires are “wrong” or “weird.”
* Cultural Expectations: Narrow ideas about what is “acceptable” in intimacy.
* Internalised Shame: Believing these judgments and feeling like something is “wrong” with you.

Society often tells us our desires are “weird” or “wrong,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Kink should be celebrated as:

* Kink is valid. It’s a consensual, creative way to explore intimacy.
* You’re not alone. Many people feel the same but are afraid to share.
* Shame doesn’t define you. You can unlearn these feelings and embrace your desires.

Your desires don’t define your worth, they make you unique and authentic.

Which tip resonates with you most? Drop a comment, you’re in a judgment-free zone here. 💜

Or… save this for later!
