Thank You for Making a Difference! 🙏

Our hashtag was a huge success, thanks to everyone who participated! Staff and local workers from around London Bridge joined for free CPR training, led by our expert team.

Eddie Wilkins, a taxi driver for London Airport Taxis, said: "The session was very informative and hands-on. I feel confident now that if someone falls unconscious while in my cab, I will know what to do until an ambulance arrives."

Stay tuned for more impactful events!

A new competitive prostaglandin-F receptor (FP) antagonist with myometrial selectivity is being developed to reduce uterine contractions during pre-term labour. We carried out the first-in-human study of this therapy, also known as OBE002 to understand its effect on cardiac repolarization.

Food ingestion in healthy volunteers leads to an increase in heart rate cardiac stroke volume. When someone consumes a meal, an ECG shows QTc interval shorterning from a fasting baseline up to 7 hours.

Prior observations indicate that calcium block primarily affects early repolarization by shortening the J-T peak c interval. Take a look at our study into the influence of calcium blockade on the QT effects of a meal here: assets.website-files.com/5e4bf3ffdec34954e2ccd80b/5e4e80367719ad0597722d94_Calcium-blockade-ACCP-Poster-1-WEB.pdf

It is widely documented in the literature that the consumption of cruciferous vegetables can suppress the initial phase of carcinogenesis or the progression of neoplastic cells to cancer. This may be because of Sulforaphane, a derivative of glucoraphanin. Read more about our Phase 1 study involving a promising non-cytotoxic anti-cancer agent, Sulforadex.
