Elizabeth Knott Yoga Elizabeth Knott is a yoga instructor based in south east London, also teaching classes in north Kent and central London. Seniors/chair based yoga.

Yoga Instructor:
I teach Hatha, Yin and Yin/Yang, and Vinyasa Flow styles of yoga. I also do 1-2-1 classes which are brilliant for approaching specific needs. Yoga can improve everyone's lives no end.

We were enjoying a Spring Flower Meditation in class this week.
Thursdays 11.30am in-person at Goose Green Clinic, 59 East Dulwich Rd, London, SE22 9AP.
Flowers were from my rain drenched garden - Chaenomeles, Heather and Rosemary.
