Life can get pretty hectic we seem to be juggling more and more and expecting so much more from ourselves then we do from anyone else. It’s ok to prioritise yourself it’s ok to take the time you need, it will make all those balls you have to juggle feel much lighter if you allow yourself to put them down for a little while
