Two tough weeks with an endo flare.
I honoured my body — pulled things back, kept to the basics, didn’t force what wasn’t there.
Food stayed steady.
Movement stayed gentle.
The routine stayed intact.
That’s why today landed the way it did.
Strength came back without friction.
The weights felt right again.
My body felt like mine.
The breakthrough didn’t come from pushing harder.
It came from not letting go when it would’ve been easy to.
