Two tough weeks with an endo flare.

I honoured my body — pulled things back, kept to the basics, didn’t force what wasn’t there.
Food stayed steady.
Movement stayed gentle.
The routine stayed intact.

That’s why today landed the way it did.

Strength came back without friction.
The weights felt right again.
My body felt like mine.

The breakthrough didn’t come from pushing harder.
It came from not letting go when it would’ve been easy to.

What it does need is structure, awareness, and a plan that fits real life.

You don’t fall off track because you enjoy food.
You fall off track when you stop eating properly, stop moving, and tell yourself you’ve failed.

This is exactly what I coach my clients through every December —
so they walk into January feeling comfortable, confident, and in control.

Basics:
Yogurt 🍦
Chicken 🍗
Beef 🥩
Greens 🥬
Berries 🫐
Rice 🍚
Sourdough 🍞
Cheese 🧀
Protein powder 🫨
Dark chocolate 🍫
Hot sauce 🥵
Mayo light

A good balance would be 1/2 pack rice (125g)
80-100g chicken breast 🍗
100g greens (broccoli, asparagus, spinach)
15g mayo/hot sauce
