Simple daily habits to build upon.

Drinking the water that I took to bed the night before ensures that I start my day well hydrated and helps with elimination 💩 😂

Planning my movement, booking a class, walking with a friend, walking to the shops is an important daily routine. If it’s not in not in my diary, it just doesn’t happen.

I get up early to take my grandson to nursery so if I need a little nanna nap in the afternoon, I take it! 20 minutes can take the edge off and allows me to keep going through the day. I keep a regular bedtime routine. 10pm and I’m done.
