I’m launching a brand new Zumba Gold class at the Hurstpierpoint Village Centre starting Thursday 4th June at 1.30pm — and you’re invited!

This is not your typical high-intensity Zumba class…
It’s a feel-good, go-at-your-own-pace session designed for beginners, active older adults, or anyone wanting a gentler approach to fitness.
