The answer is the (C) clavicle 🦴 and the Purpose of the Clavicle is :
1. Connects the Arm to the Trunk
• Acts as a strut between the sternum (breastbone) and the scapula (shoulder blade).
• Helps keep the shoulder in place and positioned away from the chest.
2. Supports Shoulder Movement
• Provides structural support for wide range of motion in the shoulder and arm.
• Helps lift, rotate, and move the arm freely.
3. Protects Neurovascular Structures
• Shields important nerves and blood vessels that run beneath it (e.g., brachial plexus, subclavian vessels).
4. Absorbs Mechanical Stress
• Acts like a shock absorber during falls or impact to the shoulder.
• It’s often the first bone to break in a fall, helping protect deeper structures.
5. Provides Muscle Attachment
• Several muscles attach to the clavicle, including:
• Deltoid
• Pectoralis major
• Sternocleidomastoid
• Trapezius
So in a nut shell the collarbone does a lot 👍

Let’s Talk Gallbladders & Lymph!
Because Even Your Bile Needs a Backup Crew! 💚🥼

When you think about the gallbladder, you might picture bile, digestion, or even that one friend who had theirs removed (we all know someone!) — but did you know that your gallbladder has a secret lymphatic sidekick working 24/7 to keep things flowing? 🤔💧

Let’s dive into the hidden lymph-love story of your gallbladder!

What is the Gallbladder, Anyway?

The gallbladder is a small, pear-shaped organ located under your liver. Its main job? Storing bile, a greenish fluid made by the liver that helps break down fats in your food. 🍔➡️🧪➡️💩

But storing bile isn’t a one-man job… enter the lymphatic system! 🌿🫡

How Does Lymph Help the Gallbladder?

The lymphatic system acts like the clean-up crew, security guards, and flow regulators for your gallbladder. Here’s what it does:
1. Drains Inflammation 🛠️
Lymph nodes like the cystic lymph node near the gallbladder help mop up inflammatory by-products, keeping things cool when bile production goes wild.
2. Filters Waste 🧹
Lymph collects cellular waste, bacteria, and toxins from the gallbladder area — delivering it to larger nodes like the celiac lymph nodes, located near the celiac trunk (a major artery in your abdomen).
3. Supports Bile Balance ⚖️
When lymph is moving well, bile flows well. But when lymph is congested, you might feel bloated, sluggish, or nauseous, especially after fatty meals. Sound familiar?

Where Does the Gallbladder’s Lymph Go?
• Step 1: It begins near the gallbladder neck, at the cystic lymph node
• Step 2: Travels to the celiac lymph nodes
• Step 3: Enters the thoracic duct, and finally makes its way back into circulation
All while carrying toxins OUT and immune cells IN! 🛡️🌀

Fun Gallbladder + Lymph Facts! 🤩
• Lymph congestion near the gallbladder may contribute to bile thickening and sluggish digestion — especially in people with fatty liver or poor diet habits. 🧈
• The lymph system helps carry bile salts from the liver and gallbladder to the intestines — so your p**p doesn’t float!
• Some experts believe that lymphatic massage, gentle movement, and even rebounding may help stimulate liver–gallbladder lymph flow. 🤸‍♀️

How to Love Your Gallbladder Lymph System:
• Drink lots of water 💦
• Eat anti-inflammatory foods (hello turmeric, ginger, leafy greens!) 🥬
• Support your liver health (because they’re lymph-buddies) 🧡
• Move daily! Even deep belly breathing activates lymphatic flow in the abdomen
• Consider gentle abdominal massage or castor oil packs for sluggish digestion ✨

Bottom Line:

Your gallbladder and lymphatic system are quiet collaborators — one stores bile, the other keeps it moving. When they work together, digestion runs smoothly, toxins are filtered, and your belly feels just right.

So next time you thank your body after a good meal… don’t forget to nod at your lymph nodes too! 😉💚🌱

Hello 👋
Its been awhile since our last post ,I hope your all well and had a great bank holiday weekend.
We have had lots of sunshine which always perks everyone's mood up.

Just a quick update ,I have had major Lower spine surgery in March ,I was house bound for over a month ,so its taken time to recover and gain my mobility and strength back (its been a hard journey mentally and physically for me), but i am now getting out and about locally ,I've got my head on a level and trying to build my strength back as well as taking it easy which I'm finding hard to find the balance, but slowly getting there .

So I'm still hands off with client's at the moment as my spine is still repairing and my body is still recovering ,so i am under strict instruction to take it easy, but improving each week which is a positive.

A BIG THANK YOU for all your check ins and shares for the room rent (yes I'm still trying to find a therapists to rent my space ,until i can return) on social media.
I appreciate the support and kind words.

Have a fabulous week & speak soon

Mel
xx
