We should stop defining rich and wealthy in terms of money.

Richness and wealth are about hundreds of other things besides money.

I've been rich and wealthy even when my bank account was empty. It's having the energy of richness and wealth running through me that have then enabled me to see money as a means of wealth increase too.

Education should be teaching that you are already rich and wealthy before you have any money at all.

Future generations should know they are inherently rich and wealthy just by being alive.

Feeling how rich I am to have stepped into a reality where my 16 year old daughter cooks many meals without even being pressured or asked to, and where my husband cleans up without having to be nagged to.

All this was created through the power of my energy changing and holding that vision even when reality took its time to catch up.

This in turn is helping me keep the vision that my calendar is continually fully booked, I have several 1:1 mentoring clients, I have hundreds of thousands of YouTube subscribers, and that I'm creating something magical and supportive for dozens of people to deepen their own self trust in a supportive environment and space.

That is richness and wealth. Money is a byproduct of knowing you are already rich!

Today, we had the very sad task of saying goodbye to our not quite 3 week old baby cats.

We don't have a reason why they didn't make it. We did everything in our power through Monday for baby 1 and Tuesday for baby 2 to help them stand a chance.

Our Willo cat was an amazing mama right up till her babies took their last breath and beyond.

She is now super sad, and all I can do is sit with her resting with me while she has her feline version of grieving.

I'm keeping my ears open in case some little kitten has had the opposite happen to them and been left without a mama.

Waddles and Wiggles (yes, the names we actually gave them 🥰) were well loved by us all in their short time with us. They left pawprints on our hearts.

Now, their spirits are free to run across the wild flower field with their baby sibling, who never got more than a few minutes' chance of life. All buried together and with a place in our hearts forever 💔❤️‍🩹💗💝

The difference that not having to worry about buying food for this week's meals made has been immense!

Who'd have thought one meal box could make so much difference, but it did!

This week, I've been able to use our income to stock the store cupboards. This means I now have pasta, rice, oats, lentils, and more. Enough to last for months!

This may not look like much because, in reality, it's still the bare minimum, but it's a big difference to the literally empty cupboards of months. (You can find a video in my reels as to how things were a couple of months back.)

Living each week literally hand to mouth has been exhausting and has likely been costing me more than when I have literally kilos of non-perishable food in.

Not to mention the quality of food I've been left having to buy and then eat leaves my body more challenged to process. Thus adding to exhaustion, mood and productivity.

We still aren't out of the woods yet because income needs to be consistent, but at least I'm one step closer to where we are aiming for!

And we are not relying on a fraudulent government who would like nothing more for the people to 'own nothing and be happy'.

Everything I experience deepens my ability to lead others into the life they long for, and that is literally why I'm here.

Radical responsibility is one of the hardest things to accept. However, when you do, you'll be freer than you've ever been.

I want to help you find the real joy that you're meant to experience, the fun, the excitement that it is possible to have, and that is uniquely You.

Yes, you can have that much happiness in your life, and you are allowed to have a life FULL of joy.

It is YOUR divine right to have as much happiness in your life as YOU feel you want in your heart.

Stop allowing other people's ideas and wishes and restrictions to deceive you into believing your life has to be hard and painful. It's time to take responsibility Now for your past, present and future.

No matter what has gone down in your past, I'm here to tell you that NOW, in this moment, you can change your story and choose differently. You CAN see the full potential that this life and this world have to offer.

You're here to be, do and have all you want, AND you can.

I opened the door to put some recycling out earlier today and found this on my doorstep 😭

Having empty cupboards at the start of the day, I was wondering what we'd eat for the next few days.

Today, someone I don't even know has bought Dawn a new high sleeper 😭

I've got 98p in the bank and similar in my purse.

This week, I had one fully booked day out of 4. Another day was half booked.

This has enabled me to have no outstanding bills, and I have my website back up.

Choosing between food and bills is very real. I could just apply for state benefits and be topped up 'enough', but that wouldn't teach me to know my worth.

Nor would it teach me that the answers don't lie in giving our power away to a government saviour.

Corporations, councils, local 'authorities', governments, even many businesses are all there to make you feel and play small.

I'm not here to play small!

These structures need an overhaul. They are outdated for our rising spirit.

I'm here to show up where it is all broken. I'm here to play my role, along with many others, to empower you to trust your intuition, your body and the creative source of all things.

You're a powerful, creative being who can change the trajectory of everything for everybody when you make one simple decision to surrender and let go of everything you were previously told.

You are the creator. Stop holding so tight to the old ways and become something new.

Sure, others have been incredibly generous and supportive of our family, but I had to lean heavily into trust that something would show up when I had so little to see at the start of the day.

I believe something bigger than my tiny brain and physical body gave these people both the thought and the means to do these things.

Meanwhile, the gifts I give are healing, safe space, non-judgemental listening and the wealth of experience my life has served me.

I've always said I'd trade my skills and abilities for food on the table and a home to live in. Looks like that is what is happening, at least for this week.

PS Pic 2 is the first meal from the box made by the 16 year old from scratch all by herself. Not bad for a 100% unschooled human being.

How much fun do you allow into life? Especially when things feel hard?

Fun and play are fundamental elements to bring a state of excitement and joy into your life.

Look around at children. They are so much more connected to their playful nature, and in that state, they actually learn so much.

It is my belief that children can learn all they need to just from playing, and that staying in a state of openness to what brings them joy is enough.

What could you learn from this playful nature?

So tell me something you will do in the next day or two that will come entirely from a state of fun, and I'd love to hear back how you go on.

What stresses you out?
What makes you anxious?

What do you do when those feelings come up?

Do you try and shut them down? Push them away and ignore them? Or do you let them embody your whole being, pull everything down, make you forget there is possibly ever even a tiny bit of hope?

How do either of those things make you feel?

What if there was a 3rd option?

What if you could find a way to feel the feels, to allow the emotions to come up, make you cry, make you feel all of them, but then move through them. Find better feelings! Relax and see there are other feelings, and once the big pile of s**tty feelings have been allowed to have their time and space, they can be gone, like really gone.

Where attention goes, energy flows: Keep your focus on the things you desire to grow, rather than on those you don't.

This is where we face the shadow of our darkest times to allow the light of creative source to lead us out.

This is where I have found emotional and holistic healing work to be so amazing at allowing me to process all the feelings.

Processing the feelings allows me to give them their space and voice, but totally and completely shift my energy away then from them and onto better feeling emotions and energy.

I've been able to find real inner peace. I've been able to use those techniques along with some of my previously held favourites like journalling and nature, to step more fully into the human I was meant to be. Who I truly am finds joy in any moment, laughs more than she cries, and has regained her optimistic outlook.

Happy Monday, beautiful people.

It is that day again to refocus and reframe your mindset.

The things you think are unachievable are only such because your mind and heart are so powerful that you create a reality where you see evidence to that effect.

It is a total myth that to follow the thing that lights you up is hard work, or is not going to succeed, or only for a select few.

This is an old paradigm that it's time to let go of.

These are stories repeated for generations that it's time to release and step into new stories.

If the thought of doing a thing lights you up, choose a way to make it easy.

Start small!

These stories, you get to rewrite yourself.

Want to write songs? Do it!
Want to travel? Do it!
Want to act? Do it!
Want to write books? Do it
Want to sleep all day? Do it, believe me. I bet there's ways it's possible (in fact, I know there are).

And that sleep one? You'd only want to do that one for so long before you'd find what really lights you up.

The reason you feel you want to sleep all day is because you've been following someone else's dream. Either their dream for you or their dream for themselves.

Doing that is exhausting. That's why you feel like all you most wish for is days and days of sleep.

Simply put, it is time to release this old s**t from an old time and move into this new time, where all possibilities can be yours.

Stop holding yourself back. Stop holding the potential that is possible for everyone back💞
