Many people ask what is Reiki? Why use it as a treatment? Are there any benefits?
Here’s a little of what you need to know…

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also aims to promote healing, both physically and mentally. It involves a Reiki practitioner (like myself) channeling (universal life force energy) to the recipient through gentle touch or near the body. Reiki is a non evasive treatment and can be used alongside medical treatments.
