EMERGE '26: A SOUL DAY RETREAT

We are heading into spring and our seasonal day retreat is returning for the rebirthing of Beltane. Think a spiritual wellness festival in a building, ceremonies and workshops, singing, yoga, breathwork, drumming circles, dances, meditation, sound baths, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and much more. All spread across our four magical spaces: The Temple, our main ceremonial space; The Womb, our downstairs sacred studio; Eden, our garden paradise; and the Cafe, the heart space of our hub.

Our day events are always sacred and special days of communion, community, conscious connection, and deeply healing experiences. With free access to our infrared sauna and hot tub throughout the day, these day retreats are a truly magical experience.��

SOUL is a social enterprise café, wellness space and community hub. Alongside the café and shop we host workshops, gatherings, sauna and hot tub experiences, and events centred around wellbeing, creativity and connection

We are looking for a steady heart led manager to help hold the structure of the space so everything else can flourish

This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, creating flow behind the scenes, and being part of a community focused environment

You will support the team, manage rotas, oversee stock, help the space run smoothly, maintain standards, and support volunteers

We are looking for someone organised, reliable and kind who can lead a team while staying approachable and grounded

This is less about corporate management and more about caring for a community space with clarity and leadership

Backstage moments from Trinity Awakening ✨

Before the ceremony begins, there is a quiet moment unfolding behind the scenes. Instruments are tuned, the space is prepared with intention, and every detail is held with care.

Inspired by the spiral path of the Triskelion, the experience moves through shamanic breathwork to open the heart and awaken the body’s energy, followed by the sacred medicines of rapéh and sananga, and finally deepening into integration through sound and vibrational medicine.

There is something deeply regulating about slowing down with other humans.

About softening the armour.
About being met in truth.
About feeling your body exhale in the presence of safe connection.

The Temple of Conscious Connections is a warm, open-hearted, fully clothed space for people of all genders to gather in conscious, human-to-human connection. This is not a ta**ra space, and it is not a sexual space. It is a grounded, trauma-informed container rooted in nervous system care, authenticity, and mutual respect.

This evening is centred around conscious connection and embodied relating. Through gentle somatic practices, authentic relating games, and attuned self-connection, we explore what it means to feel safe in ourselves and with others.

We move slowly.
We listen to the body.
We honour the pace of our truth.

Together we will explore:

Somatic tracking, Embodied boundaries and the lived experience of your yes and your no. You’ll be supported to notice your signals, trust your intuition, and practise asking for what you want, or declining what you don’t, in real time.

There will be invitations for connection in pairs and small groups, and later in the evening, an optional, consent-led platonic cuddle space. This is not a full cuddle workshop; rather, it is a conscious connection evening where touch is one possible expression of regulation and care. Physical touch is always optional and never expected.

You are welcome to engage in ways that feel aligned, or simply rest and observe.

Everything is invitational.
Your boundaries are sacred here.
Your no is as welcome as your yes.

When we experience safe, attuned connection, the body releases oxytocin, supporting trust, warmth, and nervous system regulation from the inside out and the outside in. These small, embodied experiences of safety can gently reshape how we relate, creating ripple effects that extend far beyond the room, into our lives, relationships and communities.

No previous experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Come as you are. Leave a little more grounded, a little more connected, and perhaps reminded that being held, emotionally or physically, can be simple, human, and safe.

Happy March! We hope you're all enjoying the beautiful sunshine we're getting over the valley

We wanted to share that our next foraging walk is just around the corner. We'll be celebrating the spring equinox rambling through the woods with our foraging guides over at Shantikaya

This walk will take place in a new location, so if you've joined us before, this walk will have something new for you to see!

Highlights:

🌿 Our first small group walks: These walks have a limit of 6 people, so if you prefer a more intimate setting, this is for you. You'll be able to get more 1:1 time with our guide to ask questions and learn in a way that suits you.

🌿 Ramble through an ancient local woodland, keeping an eye out for edible and medical plants and mushrooms. We'll be learning how to safely and confidently identify wild edibles, include botanical features and their natural environments

🌿 We'll be cooking up and woodland treat with our foraged bundle for you to enjoy and try first hand how great foraging can be

🌿 Learn all of the amazing and ancient ways to incorporate foraging into your every day life - From bushcraft survival skills, to wild superfoods to support health, and natural makeup. This foraging course is packed full.
