Mothers circle and ceremony

Jules McGoldrick-Hayden is a ceremony facilitator, sacred space holder, teacher and matriarch. Rooted in the old ways and deeply present in the modern, she weaves ritual, remembrance and embodied practices. Her work is devoted to honouring women in every season of life, through circles, rites of passage, seasonal gatherings and the quiet beauty of everyday ceremony and ritual.

Jules will be holding a Women’s Circle, an invitation to be seen, held and witnessed in sacred sisterhood. Expect a soft and powerful space where you can land, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most. A space to remember the woman you are beneath the noise… and be nourished in the presence of others doing the same.

Experience the magic & power
* of feeling the energy field of synchronized group movements
* and bliss, losing yourself in the Here & Now
* of freeing your voice
* of mantras and sacred phrases
* of true connected community
* when your mood lifts to joy
* when you forget you thought you can't sing or dance

We use sacred phrases and mantras from various religions and spiritual traditions, combined with whole body movements, sometimes referred to as "Whole body prayer".

There is much more to feel when you join this spiritual practice...
and you may take some sacred phrases back into your everyday life.

If you must, join us any time later - or leave our circle earlier. You could even join us for only one dance.

DRUMMING WORKSHOP & FIRESIDE JAM

Unleash your inner rhythm at our interactive drumming workshop! This workshop is designed to inspire, teach and connect you to the universal language of rhythm.

Join us for a dynamic session where you’ll explore the art of drumming under the guidance of an experienced percussionist. Learn the basics of hand drumming, using different rhythms, and discover the joy of creating music in a supportive group setting. The workshop will cover a variety of techniques, from basic beats, to more complex patterns, and playful flow.

Some drums will be provided, and you are welcome to bring your own!

So many of us have.

And it often shuts us down to the magic and healing power of the voice and of song.

Singing in ancient tribal times would be a sacred holy thing that we do in community to call in spirit, to find healing, to harmonise as one voice, one tribe.

In this circle, we will play and have fun with our voices and bodies. Remembering them as the profound instrument they are.
