Can’t lie, I’m going to be forever upset that are closing down as I love to use their beautiful products personally and here

Their beautiful aromatic products have been incredible in the Headspa and have contributed to 100’s of snooze sessions and a total relax

If massage hurts… is it actually helping?

A lot of people think pain means effective.
It doesn’t.

If you dread massages, feel nauseous after, or tense up the whole time… your body is telling you something.

Cupping flips the approach.

Instead of pushing down into tight tissue, it gently lifts and releases it which is why clients often say:
“I didn’t want it to end.”

Yes, the marks get people talking 👀
No, they’re not bruises
And yes… they fade quickly.

But what matters most is how your body feels after.

Looser. Lighter. Able to move again.

Those that know me know I don’t use under-eye filler, because too often the outcome is disappointing or becomes obvious with time.
My approach is regenerative and assessment led, using treatments like polynucleotides or skin boosters depending on what is actually causing the concern.
Because expert treatment starts with understanding the tissue not just adding volume and disguising it.

IVF holds so much: hope, fear, waiting, and courage.

This journey began before stimulation meds, with acupuncture used alongside treatment to offer calm, grounding, and support through the unknown.

I remember her first session.
Before meds. Before knowing.
Just showing up and doing the best she could.

This is why I love this work
Being there in the quiet moments and then, sometimes, getting to see a moment like this.
To now see her gently moving into the second trimester feels incredibly special 🤍
A moment I hold with a lot of care and gratitude.
