Today’s massage wasn’t bad but it reminded me how easily presence gets lost when work becomes repetitive and rushed.

Bodies don’t relax because hands move faster.
They relax when they feel safe.

At Focus, I work slowly and intentionally, not because it looks nice, but because the nervous system needs time to soften before anything meaningful can shift.

IVF holds so much: hope, fear, waiting, and courage.

This journey began before stimulation meds, with acupuncture used alongside treatment to offer calm, grounding, and support through the unknown.

I remember her first session.
Before meds. Before knowing.
Just showing up and doing the best she could.

This is why I love this work
Being there in the quiet moments and then, sometimes, getting to see a moment like this.
To now see her gently moving into the second trimester feels incredibly special 🤍
A moment I hold with a lot of care and gratitude.
