Imagine a circle. Not just any ordinary circle—but a circle where people move together, breathe together… and begin to feel something that easily escapes us in the everyday world.

This is the Dances of Universal Peace—a practice that arose as a bridge between the world's spiritual traditions. Its creator was Samuel L. Lewis, a mystic who combined Sufism, Christianity, Buddhism, and other paths into a single experience: living, shared, and embodied.

This isn't a dance you have to learn.

This is a space you enter. During this practice:

✓ you move in a circle – a symbol of unity and a return to the Source

✓ you chant simple, sacred phrases and mantras from various world traditions

✓ you allow sound and movement to begin to harmonize the body, emotions, and mind

The VIBRATION

of repeated words has a profound effect – reaching places beyond analysis.

OVER TIME, it can:

✓ quiet the rush of thoughts

✓ restore a sense of security and belonging

✓ open the heart and breath

✓ activate body memory – the primal, tribal, communal one

Because when people dance and sing together in a circle… something very old and very real happens.

The body remembers it.

This experience leads us towards unity – with ourselves, with others, with something greater.

There's no need to name it. Just feel it.

Raphael Nimann, a unique guide for this practice, is coming to Tricity. He lives in the UK and is called a "mood magician" – he leads dances with lightness, humor, and at the same time, extraordinary depth. He creates a space where you can relax, open up, and… simply be.

This isn't an event to be "scored."

This is an experience that stays with you.

And vibrates…

Come.

Unleash your voice.

Come into the circle.

And allow yourself to remember something that has always been within you.

Grace has has directly worked with peoples in the US, South America, Guatemala, Mexico, and Native Americans in the US for over 30 years and learned from their cultures to follow your heart.
She will offer practices and Dances developed from these cultures and create a sacred space with mantras, or words of power.
