Our vibrant bingo session yesterday was bustling with enthusiastic players eagerly checking their cards and enjoying the thrill of friendly competition. 🎲✨ It's not just about the game; it's about coming together, sharing stories, laughter, and sometimes, the start of wonderful new friendships.

🐾🐶 Happy National Dog Day from Cedar Falls! 🎉

Today, our beloved Daisy made her usual visit, spreading smiles to all our residents. 🐕 Residents enjoyed taking her for leisurely walks and showering her with well-deserved treats! Having our relatives bring along their furry friends too makes each day even brighter and fuller of wagging tails and warm cuddles.

🎉✨ Today, Cedar Falls was filled with music and laughter as we celebrated a residents birthday!

Birthdays are cherished moments within our community, and today was no exception. Residents and staff alike gathered around to sing, share stories, and enjoy delicious cake. 🎂 There was plenty of joy when it came to the tradition of making wishes and blowing out the candles - teamwork at its finest brought an extra burst of laughter and joy!

A big thank you to our Cedar Falls family for ensuring every birthday is memorable. ❤️

🎉🌼 At Cedar Falls, heartfelt moments create lasting bonds. Today, we had the honour of accepting a beautiful gift hamper from the family of a beloved former resident. Their generous gesture, in recognition of the care given to their mum, filled us with gratitude and warmth.

Nurse Susan Wilson had the pleasure of receiving these delightful snacks and drinks, on behalf of our dedicated team. Thank you so much to the family for this touching token of appreciation. We are reminded every day of why we love what we do. 💖

🎶✨ A harmonious surprise at Cedar Falls today! During lunch, our wonderful residents delighted in singing '10 Green Bottles,' spreading joy and creating an uplifting atmosphere. Their melodious tunes filled the dining room, and this impromptu sing-along brought smiles and laughter all around. 😊🎤

What a delightful time we've had welcoming our dedicated paramedics during the scorching summer days at Cedar Falls! 🚑 Community support means everything to us, and it’s truly fulfilling to provide these incredible emergency workers with a much-needed break. Whether for a hot or cold drink, a biscuit, or a slice of one of our delightful cakes 🍰 — made with love — it’s all on us! Because here at Cedar Falls, it’s vital to us that those who take care of others know they’re valued and have a place to relax, refuel, and enjoy!

Today, the Cedar Falls team savoured a well-deserved BBQ afternoon! Our amazing kitchen staff prepared delicious onions and fries, and our chief BBQ maestro Graham worked his magic on the grill with mouth-watering burgers and hotdogs. 😋👏
