I saw this today and loved it, but I want to talk about why doing this is challenging right now.

Energies have shifted, we are all focusing inward at the moment. Usually focusing inward would look like spending time in gratitude and intention, but this year that energy is different.

The Yang Fire Horse energy is bringing back a sense of urgency and hustle. We are moving through tasks, pushing new ideas and getting lost in the ‘to do’.

This can be a really positive change in terms of firing up on all cylinders, but the downside is a serious loss of connection. To each other, to ourselves and to our gratitude.

Think on this today and see how it settles and if you can find nothing in your day to be grateful for (that’s ok), be grateful that you’ve had another day to experience the insanity that is humanity 🩷🙏🏼

I'm so excited to introduce my brand new offering, 'A Journey of Angelic Healing'.

It is a gentle six-week online healing journey for anyone who feels in need of spiritual support, comfort and healing. This series of workshops has been designed for sensitive, spiritually open people who are moving through change, uncertainty or those who would like to reconnect with peace, trust and guidance.

Each week we will work with a different Archangel, exploring their qualities and how they can support us in everyday life. Every session includes simple teaching to help you understand the energy of that Archangel, followed by a guided Angelic Healing session to help you receive Angelic support on a deeper level.

These sessions are not about fixing or forcing change. They are about creating a safe and nurturing space where you can slow down, be held energetically and allow healing to unfold in its own way. You do not need any previous experience of working with Angels. You only need an open heart and a willingness to receive.

Each session will include:

Meeting and learning about a new Angel each week.
A guided Angelic Healing meditation.
Time to rest, integrate and reflect.

Business feels scary sometimes! You are depending on others to invest in you and when things feel quiet we naturally blame ourselves.

Trust is a huge factor in any business, but even more so in a spiritual one. We have to trust that the right people will find us and work with us when the time is right.

So often things have gone quiet for me or for my students and I try to remind them and myself that there is always a bigger reason for it.

Today is the first day of Lent which culturally I’ve always observed. For me it isn’t connected to dogma, it’s a chance for me to show myself that I can devote myself to something for 40 days.

That might not always look like giving something up, it might look like adding something in, like kindness to myself or spending 5 mins doing something different.

While the Catholic version of lent might not be for you, why not try devoting yourself to healing or gratitude for the next 40 days? You’ll feel renewed for doing it! 🙏🏼

Happy year of the Yang Fire Horse! I was born in the year of the Horse, so this feels like an exciting transition for me.

It’s beautiful to see so many people take a wider interest in other cultures and traditions across the world.

I can remember being so fascinated by the Lunar cycles and animal zodiacs as a child after learning about them through family friends. Now it seems to be spoken about everywhere and more and more of us can learn about its origins.
