An absolutely fantastic 71.5lbs lost this week in group 🤯💃
That’s not “just numbers” — that’s commitment, graft, getting back up after wobbles, saying no when it would’ve been easier to say sod it, and showing up even when motivation was hiding under the sofa.
Every pound tells a story.
Every member played their part.
And together? they smashed it. 💥
So if you’re thinking “it won’t make a difference if I try” — read that again: 71.5lbs. In one week.
That’s what happens when ordinary people decide not to quit.
