I absolutely love what I do — getting to talk to you all, helping you feel confident, and following my passion every single day.

Nursing will always be a part of who I am — I’ll always be a nurse at heart. 💙 But now, with one day a week in nursing and the rest running my own business, I finally have the work–life balance I dreamed of.

After 15 years of nights, long days, and leading busy shifts, burnout was inevitable. Nursing is incredible and gives such a buzz, but it’s also emotionally and physically demanding.
