“Living Well: Before and Beyond Cancer.”
We welcome:
✔ people living with cancer
✔ people who have completed cancer treatment
✔ family members and loved ones
These are calm, informal meetings over coffee — no pressure, no judgement.
A space to talk, spend time together, feel supported and understood.
No registration and no referral needed.
📅 When: Sundays at 5:00 pm
18 Jan | 1 Feb | 15 Feb | 1 Mar | 15 Mar
📍 Where:
Spalding Common Community Hall
PE11 3AS
We also offer free, community-based information support, including:
• help understanding NHS letters and medical information
• help with booking appointments and screenings
• conversation and support for people who feel overwhelmed or unsure about their health situation
All support is provided confidentially and safely.
As part of the project, we are also planning:
🎳 3 group bowling outings – to encourage social connection and gentle physical activity
🩺 3 cancer prevention and awareness sessions – focusing on early detection, screening, healthy habits and wellbeing
Dates for these activities will be shared soon.
