Can sound healing help with pain?

The research says 💯 yes!

🎓️The University of Callifornia states research shows sound baths reduce perceived pain by relaxing the body and affecting stress hormones — which can often make pain worse.

🔹️Sound healing helps receive pain by inducing deep relaxation and triggering the release of endorphins, which are natural painkillers.

🔹️This reduces inflammation, and potentially alters pain signals in the brain through calming vibrations, which can alleviate chronic conditions like arthritis, headaches, and muscle tension, fostering overall well-being.

🎓Researchers conducted in 2021 evaluated the use of whole-body vibration over 12 weeks in patients with fibromyalgia.

✅️Participants who followed the sound therapy program saw immediate improvements in pain intensity, quality of life, pain sensitivity and the ability to complete motor functions.

👍These benefits can be maintained through access to regular sound therapy.
