🌟 Summer fete 2025 🌟
Huge thankyou to everyone who joined us on Sunday. We managed to raise a massive £352.35 for our residents fund - which the owners of the home are kindly matching, giving us a grand total of £704.70!
Plans have already begun on next years fair😁 and so have plans for an event near Christmas time ❣️

Yesterday we had the pleasure of U3A sing to our Residents. They all enjoyed it :-)

80th Anniversary of D-Day. Today we spoke about the Largest amphibious invasion in the history of warfare. Code named operation Neptune. We celebrated those who fought by drinking cocktails and reminiscing and made a ration book to remember how life was back in June 1944. We did enjoy our cocktails though and watching Alison make them 🙂
