The Well-being Alchemist Supporting people to transform their well-being for the better Wendy is a Holistic Therapist using various modalities to support her clients.

These include; Massage, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), mBIT Coaching and Meditation to help and support her clients. Supporting a wide range of clients including those that are Neurodiverse, with very positive outcomes. A member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and The British School of Meditation. An Expert Parent Carer trainer for the Council for Disabled Children.

🌿 I'm back... sort of!

Hubster returned to work on Monday, and I'm slowly ramping things up again (more on that soon 👀).

We took a much-needed week away in Cornwall in The Boo Mobile; our first ever child-free week away😱. Safe to say, the kids were not impressed when they found out we went to our favourite spot next to The Lost Gardens of Heligan (sorry not sorry).

We even brought back a new family member – Frank the Tree Fern 🌴 (he’s already thriving). On the wettest day we did the jungle as we thought it would be atmospheric.
The local Rooks were awesome.
We popped over to Charlestown too... but sadly, no sign of Poldark 😅
Oh, and a top highlight? Our Lidl-in-the-middle Raclette-for-two. Tiny. Mighty. Glorious. 🧀🔥

💥 Exciting update! I’m now a Licensed Practitioner of Motivational Maps 🧭✨

Spent a brilliant day last week at the Kickstart Workshop with an inspiring group of fellow Mappers – full of great energy, ideas and some serious motivation.

We covered everything from how to confidently debrief a map, to running workshops and even the commercial side of bringing Motivational Maps into our work. I left buzzing and ready to apply it all!

Hello July! 💛
It’s been a quiet few weeks on here – I’ve been juggling all the things and soaking up life offline.

This week is my last working week before I take two whole weeks off for some well-earned adventures with the Hubster. Friday can't come soon enough! 😄

I’ve also squeezed in some extra training recently (more on that later this week 👀), and last night’s beach visit in this gorgeous heatwave reminded me just how magical summer can be; even the sea was warm! 🌊

Here’s to sunshine, slow days, and summer memories. ☀️✨

🌿 Hard Reset Incoming 🌿

2025 has been full on! I have been working hard, had some personal challenges and weight gain (thanks cortisol 😤). I find myself with a deep craving for stillness, family time and creativity, thus I've realised I need to step back and truly reset.

During Supervision this week, the message was loud and clear:
💥 It's time for a Hard Reset.

🛑 I won’t be working from 7th July – 10th August
✅ I’ll be available week beginning 11th August
🛑 Off again 18th August – 1st September
✨ Back properly from 8th September, slowly ramping up to full speed after 16th September, once we’ve dropped our daughter off at uni (😭).

💡 I’ll still be tinkering in the background....reading, pottering, dreaming, creating. Just not client-facing.

This isn’t a scarcity tactic; just the honest truth of what’s needed. But if you’d like to work with me before I hit pause... now’s the time to get in touch! 💌

Creating and delivering this course alongside WOLO was already such a gift… but then I got to witness this bunch grow, support each other, and truly shine. What an honour. Grateful doesn’t even cover it ✨

“I found the world to be woefully lacking in safe places. So, I became one.” — .warren.welch

This line hit me like a ton of bricks.

I stumbled across J. Warren Welch’s work and ended up in a beautiful rabbit hole of poetry. (Poetry! Me! I’ve always had an aversion to it; school made it feel like a puzzle I’d never solve.)
But his words? They felt like home.

I’ve spent the last 15 years advocating for the neurodiverse community....because the world wasn’t built for people like me and my clients. Safe spaces were rare. Understanding even rarer.

So, I became what I needed.
For others. For myself. For all of us who’ve felt too much, too loud, too different.
💙 Here’s to creating the places we need.

✨ Habit Stacking✨

Something I talk about with nearly all my clients......

It’s about adding new habits onto ones you already do. So small, realistic changes that stick.

For example:
☕ “After my morning coffee, I’ll write down one thing I’m grateful for.”
🪥 “After brushing my teeth, I’ll stretch for 2 minutes.”

Here’s the thing though.....when we try to change everything at once, it often doesn’t last. It’s overwhelming and we can end up right back where we started.

But one habit at a time? That’s how lasting change is built. Steady, sustainable, and grounded. Just like these stones, stacked with care.

What’s one small habit you could build into your day? I have added 10 squats whilst brushing my teeth this week!
