Background:
I am a fully qualified reflexologist from East Coast Reflexology School. My teacher K.Canfor studied reflexology at the Bayly School of Reflexology and studied under Nicola Hall. Nicola Hall is the author of 10 reflexology books including “Reflexology a way to better health” and she is president of the British Reflexology Association. Nicola Hall is one of the best know practitioners in the UK. The Treatment:
The client will lay on a couch or sit on a recliner chair and the whole foot is massaged in turn treating the whole body. Any areas of unbalance will be given extra attention. The treatment is very relaxing and often patients can fall asleep during a treatment. Benefits:
There is a wide range of problems where reflexology can be very beneficial including stress, digestive problems, insomnia, circulatory problems, back, neck and shoulder problems, hormonal disorders, fertility to name just a few. Most conditions benefit from a number of sessions. The body quickly becomes adapted and used to reflexology and a this point some ailments can be addressed in one session. Result:
After a treatments clients will be relaxed and should rest and drink a glass of water. It is encouraged to drink more water following an appointment and the following day to assist with the release of toxins being eliminated from the body. The body reacts to the reflexology treatment and strives to become balanced. Personal Opinion:
Reflexology has without a doubt transformed my life. It helped me to address a period of illness. Even after just two reflexology appointments with my mentor I knew I had to learn this amazing treatment. Reflexology empowers the receiver to learn to heal, to work through grief or any personal difficulties and find a new vigour and strength which is so easily depleted in our modern stressful lives. Hopefully you are intrigued; please just don’t leave it as long as I did to give something new a try and to book a reflexology appointment and get back or newly discover the best version of yourself.

Feeling ready for some relaxation time?
Reflexology is 100% a fantastic way to relax.
At your first appointment there will be a short consultation where I can find out if you have anything in particular that you would like for me to focus on during the treatment i.e sciatica, IBS, planter fasciitis, post op recovery, migraines, back pain, arthritis, stress the list goes on..
Even if your condition has been there for some time you should expect to see results even after the first session!
To build on the first treatment I recommend a second appointment within 2 weeks but there are no fixed rules and even if you experience reflexology just the once I am confident you won’t be disappointed.
If you are not keen on a treatment on your feet just let me know and we can adapt the treatment to a suitable combination of hand reflexology, ear reflexology or head reflexology and very soon facial reflexology.
With a 45 Minute Treatment available for £25 you can afford to treat yourself.
1hr Reflexology is £35. I am based in Sutton Bridge and you will receive the treatment on a specialist electric couch which is adjustable and very comfortable in a homely environment.

Excited to be getting my new kit together for Facial Reflexology and I am nearly ready to start offering 30 Minute Facial Reflexology Tasters.
The tasters will be available to add on to your appointment or as a stand alone session so I can get in plenty of practise.

Today we had a retreat day at a beautiful Shepherd’s Hut in Walpole St Andew, but honestly we could have easily travelled miles for such a treat.
The space is very inviting, chilled and just gorgeous.
As we all lead such busy lives I also want to share this space with my clients so exclusively for Reflexology Angel clients you can book this space to spend just the day or even overnight Tuesday-Friday’s depending on availability and of course you can enjoy a reflexology treatment at the same time!
Sometimes we can easily miss what is right on our doorstep and this space has everything you need and more.

What a brilliant experience today of my first Aura Photo Reading.
It was uplifting, fascinating and a beautiful way to connect with your Aura.
Maybe you have never heard of an Aura Photo?
Well I am hoping to change that.
I am manifesting to make this part of my business journey and would love to invest in a modern Aura reader from America and with newer technology the photo result is high definition and captures the reading perfectly and would be the ultimate “Me” photo.
So it’s time to keep working hard and saving up for this new dream.

Summer Update

Firstly thank you to all of my amazing clients for your continued business & support you are keeping me rather busy and I love it!

There are some exciting developments here at Reflexology Angel headquarters:

If you know me well you know I love to learn and develop new skills for my business and I am very excited to be learning Facial Reflexology and my training will be completed by November 25 so keep an eye out for this new treatment!

2020 and Beyond

Lockdown has brought about great change I am sure for alot of us. By having no choice but to slow down life has definately changed. I have loved having some down time and have returned to my artwork which I haven’t done for years and had an amazing time spent with my Wilbur just enjoying having no plans and time to chill and enjoy each others company. Looking back on 2019 it will always be a special year - marrying my best friend, having the opportunity to work at The Hygge Corner and a fully packed year. This year has been rather different I am very thankful to have been able to continue with my job as a Key Workers as I am pretty sure no work doesn’t work for me and it is nice to see local farming businesses adapting so well to new local business opportunities. The treatment business of course stopped and as a result I have been able to become my grandparents primary carer. Not a natural role for me but one I am adapting to and I know my grandparents enjoy seeing me more and are benefiting from the extra care.

So what is next? Close contact treatments such as reflexology can now continue but betweeen my sales manager role and my carer role for the time being the time I can dedicate to my holistic business is limited but all is not lost. I am putting plans in place to be able to provide reflexology and thai foot massage in a covid safe environment and I hope to have appointment availability (altough limited to 3 treatments a week) from mid September.
