A beautiful yoga class filled with gratitude and gentle pauses, followed by a delicious Christmas lunch at Paceys with some of our Friday group.
Yoga connects us in so many meaningful ways, and I’m so grateful for each of you.

🌟 The Zen Space Christmas Raffle 2025 🌟

Our Christmas Raffle is nearly here, and we’re so excited to share a little festive joy with our beautiful community! 🎄💚

✨ Raffle tickets will be available from your teachers and facilitators from Monday, 17th November 2025, until 12pm on Thursday, 18th December.
✨ The draw will take place on Thursday, 18th December at 5:30pm.

Our wonderful teachers and facilitators have kindly donated some fabulous prizes this year. Every penny raised will go directly toward refreshing our studio props and supporting the smooth running of this special space. 🧘‍♀️🕯️

As many of you know, The Zen Space is fully volunteer-run, and your support—through classes, ZenFest, events, and raffles—helps keep the doors open and the energy flowing. Thank you for being part of our community. 💛

🎟 Raffle Tickets: £1 per strip
Please write your name, contact number, and class on the back of the strip that goes into the draw.

🎁 Prize Collection:
Winners may collect prizes in their regular classes or after Zen Fusion on Saturday, 20th December between 10:15–10:45 am.

💛 To share the warmth of the season with as many of you as possible, prizes will be limited to one prize per winning participant. May our collective generosity ripple through the whole space. 💛

The mat doesn’t ask you to be strong, flexible, or flawless.
It asks you to be honest.
To show up as you are, to feel what you feel, and to move from truth rather than expectation.
As teachers, we can help our students remember that yoga isn’t a performance, it’s a practice of presence.
