Hello to you all and hello 2026! 👋🏻

After a long hiatus I am back. Well, I never really went anywhere, but have been quite busy these last 10 months. Growing and birthing another human, whilst looking after a toddler and working at 2 clinics treating my lovely patients.
But I am here to refocus for a fresh year and keep the brain active whilst on maternity leave for the next few months.
I will be continuing my further development/learning in obstetric and post-partum knowledge and osteopathic treatments, hopefully creating some helpful and informative posts along the way, as well as keeping these babies of mine alive as we navigate life as a family of 4! 🥰

So settle in, stay tuned for some exciting updates and if you have any questions along the way, just DM me ☺️

Re-introducing myself - so hi!! I’m Sophie, your local Osteopath! 👩🏼‍⚕️

I qualified with a Masters in Osteopathy from the UCO London in 2021 and have since been working as an associate in a lovely clinic in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

Though I treat all kinds of clients and ailments, I have a huge passion for all things women’s health, including peri/menopause symptoms and pre/post pregnancy pains. I am also currently doing my paediatric training, so I can continue the journey of treating my lovely pregnant clients AND their sweet newborns! 👶🏼

Originally from West Yorkshire, I now live with my husband and our terrific 2 year old, along with our 2 cuddly cats 😻 and if juggling the motherhood-work-life balance wasn’t enough, from January you’ll also find me working at a second clinic in Bourne, Lincolnshire! ✨

It’s so lovely to get patient/client feedback. As practitioners, we really appreciate when people take time out of their day to provide it, so thank you!

Hi 👋🏻 I’m Sophie and I became a Registered Osteopath in August 2021.

I currently work in a lovely clinic, which I love, but I have found that not everyone can always make it to a physical clinic setting. This can be for various reasons, whether it’s mobility issues or they simply don’t have the time to travel in their modern day schedules. Therefore, the idea of a mobile osteopath was born! 🚐✨

Now, I know this isn’t a new concept and there are many across the country, however not in my local area of South Lincolnshire, so that’s what I am hoping to change!
