Why Don’t I Feel So Much When I Self-Treat?

Many Reiki practitioners notice that they feel plenty when treating other people, yet their own self-treatments can seem surprisingly quiet.

Does that mean nothing is happening?

Not at all.

Some people assume that Reiki only works if you have faith in it, or that you need to be deeply spiritual before you can benefit from a treatment.

But is that really true?
