I’m sharing this because many clinicians feel the same frustration but struggle to find wording that:
• Educates patients
• Protects professionalism
• Avoids sounding confrontational

Raising standards doesn’t require shouting.

Last clinic of the year and I’m spending the next couple of hours at the beautiful HAUS ###
It’s non uniform day for me and the Christmas jumper is on!!!!

I just want to take the time to say THANK YOU to every single person that has supported my small business and trusted me with your treatments. Every line softened, lips plumped and skin boosted means the absolute world to me. I love my job and I love my patients.

I left my card machine at Plush Hair & Beauty yesterday so for my last two clinics of the year, a pre warning my for my lovely ladies and gents that it’s bank transfer or cash only. Sorry for inconvenience but I’m obviously an air head!!!!
