I found myself with an extra 30 minutes today after Mr T decided he wanted to watch Miss T at her swimming lessons

So I took the opportunity to get a strength body magic activity video

Strength exercises are considered vital by Slimming World because they help protect your long‑term health, preserve muscle as you lose weight, and keep your metabolism working efficiently. It was worth leaving the house on this cold and icy morning!

The pancakes are secured!

Along with the tikka masala sauce for our chicken curry tonight,
I will be using my SWIPs for half a naan breads, sharing it with Mr T as Iceland Foods didnt have the naan breads in

But its ok, i will let them off because now I can have pancakes for pudding 🥞 ❤️

Oooh I love a quick, easy, filling dinner on a cold and wet Friday night!

Wow!

Just wow!!

Its the end of the first week of January and boy did our members pull all the stops out!

⭐️73.5 lbs lost between all of our members

⭐️Over 50% of the members lost 1lb or more

⭐️ Our new members from the week before lost 17lb between them, both achieving their half stone awards

⭐️We handed our a 1 year Diamond 💎 award for a target member who has maintained their target for 52 weeks

⭐️ Almost every chair was full in the 5.30pm session

Are you going to give it your all… just because it’s January and that’s what
you always do?

Or are you ready to break the cycle and make this the year you get to target?

Because there’s a difference between starting strong and starting right.

Going all-in for a few weeks, burning yourself out, feeling restricted, then sliding back into old habits, that’s not failure, it’s a pattern. And patterns don’t change unless we do.

This year doesn’t need extremes.

It needs consistency.

Honesty.

Patience.

And choices you can live with in February, March, and beyond.

Target isn’t reached by perfection.

It’s reached by showing up even when motivation dips.

By learning instead of quitting.

By doing things differently when the old way hasn’t worked.

So ask yourself today:
