Has anyone been to one of those? It's a very strange experience haha!

But we are all now well rested to be with you all tonight in group

Group runs 52 weeks a year so I certainly will be with you all this evening

The best bit about the Slimming World plan is the comfort foods are 100% still on the menu

For me, comfort foods include pasta, potatoes, baked beans, fruits

So this morning, it had to be cheesy beans on toast for breakfast 😋

Its definitely a work out when the mini pair swap places and Miss T insists that I run while she is in the pushchair

The only reason I said yes was because this is great body magic 🏃‍♀️

And her giggle was so infectious 🤣🤣🤣

I wish you could all come to my house right now and smell this gorgeous roast lamb im cooking for our tea 😋 it is smelling amazing!!!!!

And who are we to deny our cravings when those cravings are free foods 🤣

Lamb has been prepared by removing all the fat before cooking, sprayed with some low calorie cooking spray and seasoned with salt and pepper

Will all be served with oxo roast potatoes, carrot and swede mash and green beans, and the mini people will have Yorkshire puddings too

I may also make a swip free gravy if I can find the right ingredients haha 😄

Who says i cant have a roast dinner on a Friday?
