I'm taking a bit of time off work in November. Sadly, I was told at the start of this month that the cancer I was diagnosed with in 2018, had recurred.
My surgery was yesterday and went really well, so I'll be taking it easy for now.
I'll be back to it in December on reduced hours, (mainly wreath workshops), so I'll see you then! 💚

RHS Development Speaker - Another pinch me moment for the book. I was invited to by the most fabulous Jo from to do a floral demo.
I created two foam free, sustainable designs using produce from the best

- ikebana style arrangement using a selection of globe artichoke, sweet pea, orange tomato, vine tomato, lime and zinnia
- a mantel vase packed with dahlia, zinnia, amaranthus, cosmos, ninebark, vine tomato, sweet pea and globe artichoke

I don't normally get nervous but I've got to say, that's a lot of people watching you do make an arrangement 😂.

RHS Development Speaker - Another pinch me moment for the book. I was invited to Show by the most fabulous Jo from to do a floral demo.
I'm not really someone who gets nervous, but today was the day!

Whilst I'm usually helping other florists as a freelancer, there are some occasions where I get to design wedding flowers for friends and family 🫶.

I worked with Katie when I used to work at a care home and was honoured when she asked me to do her flowers for her big day. Look how cute her and her hubby look on the last pic 🥰
